Camelford Branch Annual General Meeting was held on Friday 12th February.At the recent AGM for the Camelford Branch, Chairman Justin Thomas thanked everyone for all the hard work during the past year and especialy round the successful campaign to elect Scott Mann as Member of Parliament. Mr Thomas was re-elected as Chairman, Ruth Hine was re-elected Sectretary and Henry Hine as Treasurer. Plans for future Branch events were discussed.Thank you to all who attended.
Following on from the interest shown at recent get togethers organised by Conservative Party members in the village, St Mabyn can now look forward to a revival of its' own Conservative Branch.
Scott is 37, has a young family and he was born and raised in Wadebridge where he attended school. Scott works as a postman out of the Wadebridge sorting office which he has done since leaving St Austell College. He is also the Cornwall Councillor for Wadebridge West.
