Following on from the interest shown at recent get togethers organised by Conservative Party members in the village, St Mabyn can now look forward to a revival of its' own Conservative Branch. Speaking at an informal lunch held recently at the St Mabyn Inn, local resident Alison Batchelor said she was looking forward to having an inaugural get together in the first few weeks of the New Year. She stressed that the Branch would be aimed at villagers who simply wanted to get together, on an informal basis, so that they could enjoy the company of others who hold Conservative values. Alison will be giving her project more publicity in the next few weeks and we will be keeping things up to date on this web site.
